Job responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable: invoices, vendor maintenance, W-9s, 1099's, payments to vendors, independent contractors, employee reimbursements, and credit card management. Payroll Specialist: processing payroll including adjustments/corrections as needed, completing payroll-related tasks, annual/quarterly payroll reporting and maintaining records in accordance with District policy and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. This position also has responsibility for other fiscal and human resources tasks, including but not limited to: employee benefit setup and tracking, unemployment reports, creating and sending employment offers, absence and leave tracking, and other support tasks as needed. A bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or a current SLP-A license is preferred.
