Families of 3 & 4-year-olds who are not yet in school are invited to join us for fun activities, learning, and connections! PAC begins September 23 at Ellsworth Elementary School.
Check out the flyer for registration details! 👇

High school students will have 2 options:
If you rely on the bus to get to school ( and cannot arrange an alternate ride) you are welcome to come in on the bus and you will report to the cafeteria where there will be a supervised study hall.
OR
You will need to get a ride in to school and will need to be at school by 10:18 ( which is when 1st hour will start)
Students who come in on buses will have a study hall in the cafeteria. You will be expected to bring work or read quietly. You will be allowed to use your Chromebooks for schoolwork only ( not game time for 2.5 hours)
Any student who needs extra time to catch up on missing assignments can elect to come in and use this time as a study hall.
Any additional information can be found in the email sent from Ms. Burch on Monday afternoon to students and families.

Today we’re giving a big Panther shout-out to Geoff and Laurie, our amazing IT team! We are so lucky to have these two working behind the scenes to keep our technology running throughout the district.
From troubleshooting the everyday tech hiccups to keeping our devices, systems, and networks up and running, Geoff and Laurie are always there when we need them.
Thank you, Geoff and Laurie, for everything you do for our students and staff! We appreciate you! 💜🐾

Ellsworth High School is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, October 6.
Your donation makes an impact in more ways than one! At the end of the school year, two EHS seniors will receive scholarship funds based solely on the number of donations collected at our fall and spring blood drives. The more donations we receive, the more scholarship dollars our students earn!
📅 Tuesday, October 6
⏰ 8:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
📍 Ellsworth High School Gym
Schedule your appointment today and help us make both of our blood drives a success. One donation can help save lives AND support our graduating seniors! 💜🎓🩸

Heads up, Panther fans! We have a small change to this year’s Homecoming Parade route.
For safety reasons and to help ease traffic congestion while our buses are returning to the bus garage, we have made the decision to run the parade route in reverse this year.
📍 Same route, just a different starting and ending point!
Please take a look at the map for the updated direction of the parade and plan accordingly.
Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe, and we can’t wait to see our Panther community lining the route for Homecoming! 💜🤍🐾

A special project this year was a car wash, hosted by the Science Department. Students raised money through free will donations for the high school BLT committee, which does special events throughout the year to support students and staff.
A huge thank you to all of the community partners, students and staff who helped make this event possible. In particular, a big shout out to Pierce Pepin Cooperative, which gave a Round Up grant for the day. Money was used to make door displays at the Ellsworth Care Center and Preferred Living, buy supplies for projects and door prizes for students who helped.

ATTENTION Ellsworth Middle School Families,
We were informed of the need to adjust our normal traffic pattern here at Ellsworth Middle School during the Interim Days 8/25-8/27. This adjustment is due to unforeseen infrastructure work that will close Panther Drive and should not last beyond this week.
Details:
Morning Drop-Off on Tuesday 8/25 will function as usual.
Starting with the Pick-Up on the afternoon of Tuesday 8/25, we will relocate the Parent Pick-Up/Drop-Off area to the pool parking lot.
No cars will be allowed past the turn to the pool parking lot from 3:25 to 3:40 on these dates.
This will create an increase in congestion on High Point Dr., please use appropriate caution and patience in order to support safety during this modified traffic pattern.

Please help us welcome Anastasiia Bundy to the Ellsworth Community School District! Anastasiia will be joining ECSD as a Special Education Teacher.
Originally from Ukraine, Anastasiia earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and later earned her master’s degree as a Reading Specialist from Fort Hays State University. She currently lives in Eau Galle with her husband and daughter.
Outside of the classroom, Anastasiia and her family love traveling and experiencing new cultures and adventures together. She also enjoys audiobooks and just about any activity that involves a little friendly competition!
This year, Anastasiia is especially looking forward to meeting her students, building positive relationships and becoming an active part of our school community.
💜 Welcome to the Panther family, Anastasiia! We’re so happy to have you at ECSD! 🐾

Help us welcome Abby Esterby to ECSD as an English Teacher!
Abby is from River Falls and attended UW-La Crosse. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, weightlifting, hiking, reading and spending time with friends and family. 📚🥾
Abby already has some Panther connections! Both of her parents are Ellsworth High School alumni, and much of her extended family also attended Ellsworth.
This year, Abby is looking forward to getting to know her students and becoming part of the ECSD work community.
💜 Welcome to the Panther family, Abby! We’re excited to have you here! 🐾
