Announcements

2018 Fees
The 2018 AP exam fee is $94 per exam. Students must pay $94 to reserve an exam. If a student decides NOT to take an AP exam they paid for, a non-refundable $15 fee is used to pay AP for the unused exam. The College Board provides a fee reduction per exam for students in financial need (specific criteria exist*), resulting in a cost of $0-53 per exam.

*In the spring, AP will announce further federal and state funding that can further reduce the exam fee for students in financial need. Typically, Wisconsin requires school districts to “pick up the tab” for students who qualify for the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch program. However, that information isn’t published at this time.

AP Students will need to attend 1 AP registration meeting with Mrs. Goodman in room 209. Dates available will be April 24, 25, 26, 2018 during Homeroom. If you cannot make it to one of these, you MUST meet with Mrs. Goodman to complete the registration materials.

If you are a parent of or a student with a documented disability and want accommodations for an AP test, you must contact Ellen Goodman, the EHS AP Coordinator, ASAP. The process to request accommodations is lengthy, time-consuming, and requires a great deal of paperwork to be completed. You can reach Mrs. Goodman at (715) 273-3904 ext. 209 or goodmane@ellsworth.k12.wi.us.
